Inspections

Undertakings that have registered can choose the inspection body by which they want to have the inspection carried out. The accredited inspection bodies are:

• Normec Fair Labour Certification B.V.
• Normec VRO B.V.
• Tüv Nederland
• SKW Certificatie B.V.
• Bureau Cicero
• SGI Compliance

The undertaking itself must contact an inspection body.

The inspection bodies and inspectors are also subject to requirements. They are set out in the inspection body regulations (Dutch version).

The undertaking bears the costs of having the inspections carried out. These are not included in the fee charged by the SNF for registration and entry in the register. The company can negotiate the costs of inspections with an inspection body.
