Fees

You pay a one-off registration fee of EUR 150 to cover the one-off registration work. In addition, there is an annual fee.

The annual fee depends on the number of housing sites that your organisation uses. The table below shows what your annual fee will be, depending on the number of housing sites that your organisation uses. (2022)

The chosen inspection body will charge you separately for the inspections that it carries out. For the rates, we refer you to the various inspection bodies.

As from 1 January 2022, the SNF no longer charges licence fees.
